Fees |
|
Fees are determined by the school authorities and will be communicated to parents at least a term in advance. Payment may be on termly or annual basis not later than the first day of term. |

Development Levy |
|
A child entering the school for the first time will be required to pay a prescribed sum into the Building and Maintenance Fund which is not refundable. |

Withdrawals |
|
A term’s notice in writing is required if your child has to leave the school. Failing such notice a full term’s fee will be charged. The school however reserves the right to ask parents to withdraw a child where it considers it appropriate.

Discipline |
|
The schools policy on discipline takes cognisance of the age of the child. It involves using positive tactics to redirect the child to more appropriate behaviour/activity. Where necessary the child may be temporarily removed from a situation where behavior is unacceptable. Children may also be asked to sit in a designated place away from their classmates for a short period or deprived of fun activities. In each case it will be explained to the child why such action is being taken. In extreme cases parents will be invited for conference with the teacher or School Director. |

Birthdays |
|
Birthdays are special days and we welcome the opportunity to celebrate with the children. A birthday cake and individual party snacks and drinks are permissible but please discuss your plans with the class teacher and do provide enough for every child. Cooked food, fizzy drinks and glass bottles are not allowed.
